There is a main home and a guest cottage, covered parking and massive covered deck, covered outdoor dining area, on a large, private lot with huge concrete patio for tons of family fun. The owner reinvests in updates each year to provide a comfortable and modern home with the best beach access anywhere in PCB. The house is private, comfortable and clean, and well stocked.Located on Oleander Dr, this street consists ONLY of beach cottages that range from the 1940s to Brand New multi million dollar homes. The beach in front of the house is rarely crowded as there are is no high density high rises or hotels nearby.As you walk into the home from the covered Carport, you see the brand new remodeled kitchen, complete with built in HIBACHI grill. How much fun to make a griddle full of pancakes for breakfast or do your best Japanese Steak house impression for dinner. The Hibachi Griddle is fun and makes cooking seafood, steaks, eggs, and breakfast a breeze. There is also a suite of modern, new appliances and fully stocked kitchen. The owner is a restaurant owner and knows how to stock the kitchen.On the first floor you will find a full-size laundry room, gulf front living room with covered sunroom perfect for games and resting between trips to the beach. There is also 2 king master bedrooms with ensuite baths. Additionally, there is a guest cottage detached, but under the same roof, it has a separate kitchen and living area, a large bedroom, small bedroom, and full bath.Upstairs has 4 additional bedrooms, and a kitchenette and additional living/tv room perfect for the kids game room.There is a King bedroom with balcony access and amazing gulf front views, there is a second gulf front bedroom and two more bedrooms. Upstairs the bedrooms share 2 full baths.Outside the home is newly painted, and has a private walk out to the beach, Grilling area is provided and there are a number of loungers and chairs and beach essentials.While the outside of the property does not have a pool or hot tub, it DOES have an expansive outdoor patio that is great for games, sunning, and enjoying the beach.
