High end furnishing throughout include houseboat that has its own full kitchen, Cal King bed & Queen sofabed, 3 decks, kayak and boat slip. Start your get away by driving down the private drive, with water on both sides of the drive, pass your own easy access beach for swimming, sailing, paddle boarding, canoeing or laying out in the sun on a chaise lounge. Swim dock and boat dock, private boat launch, BYOB (boat). Tether ball, basketball, ping pong, covered veranda with fans, rocking chairs picnic table and BBQ. Fish off of the swim dock or from the beach. Fire pit and fire table. You won’t believe this place! We feed the fish daily! (haha they come to our house!
