This is over someone that wants to spend time in a great location on the beach but not ideal for someone looking to spend a lot of time inside, the best part of this unit is the location.The building is located in is right on the Sand, Unit is located bay side with a bit of an obstructed bay view between homes. Step out your back door and you will see miles of beach and sand, the world famous wedge, and the Balboa Pier. Boogie board, surf, bike, stroll the pier and board walk, play at the ocean front park, grab a coffee, or a bite to eat one of the excellent restaurants.The bedroom features a queen bed and 2nd bedroom is small and has to be passed through to access the main bedroom, it only has an air mattress at this time. The family room has a couch with a single trundle bed.This is an efficiency unit, Ok for 2 adults and up to 4 kids max.
