The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features subway tile and a large center island with barstool seating for 4.The first-floor master suite features a king-sized bed, TV, and a beautiful spacious private bathroom with a walk-in shower and two sinks. Upstairs, you will find 3 additional bedrooms, all with updated private bathrooms. The second and third bedroom both feature king-sized beds and the fourth bedroom features 2 full over full bunk beds. There is also second living area with a queen sleeper sofa, full bathroom, TV, and wet bar with mini fridge.Outside, the screened porch, covered porch, back deck, fenced in back yard, and private pool invites you to sit back and unwind. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement.
