The home is located close to many of the attractions Los Angeles has to offer. Close to Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Universal studios and many other locations.Entering the home, there is a gated front courtyard with seating to give you more areas of the property to enjoy. There is a gated car port that can have 2 cars parked in tandem.The master bedroom has a large sliding closet with plenty of space for all your items. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with an apple tv and a desk. This room is located beside the first bathroom that has a separate standing shower and has a bathtub as well.Bedroom 2 is a large bedroom with 2 twin beds and an ensuite with a standing shower. This bedroom has plenty of storage between the closet and the dresser. There is a secretary desk in the room to assist with any work needs. The third bedroom is a converted patio that is accessed from this bedroom.The third bedroom is a converted outdoor patio. The room is off the second bedroom which is considered the third bedroom. The room has a twin size bed. There is a portable heater unit in this room giving it control over the temperature. This room has windows overlooking the backyard and a door that opens giving you access to the backyard.Please confirm any pets before booking, pet fee is an additional charge $150.The outdoor garage in the back is locked, it is used for storage by the owner.
