The loft/game room also has a TV, a Foosball table, board games, puzzles, a video library, and a VCR player making it great for the kids to have their own space while remaining within earshot of the family. This home also has a washer and dryer. The private wrap-around deck is surrounded by Pine, Oak, and Cedar trees, and has a gas BBQ and picnic table & chairs, and a hot tub, making it perfect for outdoor grilling & dining. The jetted spa tub is located on the side deck of the porch and gives plenty of privacy. Miller’s Landing is also just a short walk away from the south fork of the Merced River!
