Watch the golfers go by, nap, read, play cards, enjoy a cocktail, watch the sunset, grill your lunch or dinner, dine by candlelight, enjoy a fireside chat, etc.When you finally come inside, you will enjoy the recently updated decor throughout our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom comfortable home. The master bedroom has a king bed, golf course view, TV and its own bath. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds (or a king bed, your choice), TV and its own bath. This home is perfect for a small family, two couples or a single with visiting guests!Pack your clothes and come enjoy the desert sun! The home has everything you will need! Each bathroom has more toiletries than a luxury hotel room (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, towels, hair dryer, toothbrush, toothpaste, disposable shower cap, etc.) We provide all bed and bath linens and pool towels as well.There is a 15% discount if your stay is 28+ nights and the discount will automatically be applied to your quote if you enter 28+ nights as your stay. You do NOT pay the 12% city tax if you stay 28+ nights, so if you are booking 28+ nights, do NOT use instant booking!!! Enter the dates of your stay and then send an inquiry asking me to remove the 12% city tax. I will reply with a corrected quote with the tax removed and an invitation to book.The kitchen has granite counters, is well stocked and is open to the living area so you can visit while you cook. The kitchen has virtually every staple item (paper towels, foil, plastic wrap, condiments, oil, seasonings, etc.) so you only need to buy a few groceries once you arrive!The living area has a TV with cable and a DVD player and DVD library, comfortable seating, a dining area, high ceiling, all with a view of the golf course! We have also provided a small desk and basic office supplies.Notable features are central heat and AC, ceiling fans in every room, wifi, full size washer and dryer.We try very hard to make your stay relaxing and fun!
