Our spaces have all the other essentials you need for your stay. The space is luxurious for 1 – 2, perfect for 4.- 2 55” smart TV- 1 King Bed- 1 Queen Pullout couch(Sabrina 70.86” Rolled Arm Sofa Bed)- Fresh towels and bathroom essentials- Pre-cleaning before your arrival- Fully equipped kitchen- In-suite laundry- Space for SuitcasesThere is a Safeway only a walk 10 mins away. Between Cherry Creek and 6th, you have access to an Indie movie theatre, parks, salons, shopping, coffee, and many restaurants.***IMPORTANT***- No Parties- Smoking allowed outside ONLY- 420 Friendly – but no smoking inside.Guests have private access to the entire Basement, a private door and a shared backyard. It’s a highly walkable area, parking is typically open out front, which is the most convenient.I am happy to accommodate early arrivals and late departures if possible. If I am unable to accommodate your request due to another booking obligation, I highly recommend Lug Den Luggage Storage in Union Station (1615 California St. #608). I want to make sure you have a 5 STAR STAY. So, if there is ANYTHING you may NEED we will absolutely do our best to accommodate.There is a $50 pet fee, now included in the reservation cost. Misbehaving pets may need to be boarded and young or untrained pets prefer to be crated when left alone. Guests will be financially responsible for any damages incurred.Assistance with the prevention of freezing pipes may be required if exterior temperatures get dangerously low for extended periods of time in the winter, ≤ 20°F (≤ – 6°C).
