With its standing-seam tin roof, extensive porches, white picket fence, and elegant style, this wonderful home is the perfect house for your precious time at the beach.When you enter 85 Grand Pavilion you will find that the home has been meticulously built and decorated by an owner-designer. Each room is designed to flow from one to another with countless fine details. The open great room with its ten-foot ceilings is ideally furnished so that everyone can sit in comfort and watch the large television mounted over the fireplace. It even has a game table in one of the corners for playing games or assembling the beach jigsaw puzzle. The dining room seats eight comfortably, and the kitchen is well stocked with all the necessities including a microwave, toaster oven, blender, Foreman’s grill, two coffee makers, and many more items to make preparing your occasional meal a pleasure. There is a grill in the enclosed area under the back steps for your outdoor grilling.This four-bedroom home has two bedrooms on the main floor, one featuring a queen bed and private bath and the other featuring a king bed and a private bath. On the upper level there are two additional bedrooms with private baths. One bedroom features a king bed and the other twins. Each bedroom has its own television and the house is equipped with wireless service.Additional Amenities Include:• High-speed internet with Wi-Fi.• Washer and dryer.• Parking for four cars.
