The all-season Carolina room provides an extra, private sleeping area with a queen-sized pullout sofa.An open living room/dining area is complete with cable/device-ready TV, wet bar and panoramic views to the backyard, pool and lagoon! The kitchen features a large center island with stools for casual dining and conversation, new stainless steal appliances, quartz counters, and all new cooking & eating supplies. Another outdoor dining area, with Weber grill, is available on the new deck just off the kitchen. Everyone will love the Carolina room… cozy, great views, near the fun yet separate and private.Right off the kitchen, a huge laundry room provides a full-size washer and dryer, and additional storage.
