Each bathroom is equipped with 1 roll of toilet paper (additional toilet paper is the guest’s responsibility). We will provide 1 pool towel & 1 bath towel per guest capacity. Pool heating is available for an ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY FEE. Please be advised that the pool heater will turn off if the weather reaches under 60°.PARKING: Please abide by parking guidelines provided by The Retreat at ChampionsGate. There is a 5 car maximum per home. Additional cars are subject to fees by The Retreat by ChampionsGate. Please utilize the parking space at The Oasis Club for additional cars. Tropical Escape Resort Homes is NOT responsible for any towing charges. Please contact The Oasis Club for more informationTRASH PICKUP: Please utilize the bench located in the entryway of the front door of the home. Trash pickup is every day.CHECK-IN ACCESS: This home is protected by an electronic lock in which you will receive details according to how you booked your home. Check-in time is at 4PM.
