The community has excellent on-site facilities.GETTING AROUND• There are two parking spots on the property driveway and there is additional free parking at the clubhouse.• For access through the main gate, guests are required to be registered and to stop at the gate guard on arrival at the resort. The proof of reservation provided by the booking platform, containing the address of the property and the reserved period, will be requested. You will also need to present your identity document.• No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard CHECK-IN TIME⚠️Check-in starts at 04:00 pm and ends at 11:00 pmPARTY Parties and events are not allowed. “Quiet hours 10:00 PM – 07:00 AM”. We hope to have your cooperation, otherwise, if party evidence is found a $250 fine will be applied.POOL HEATING EQUIPMENT ⏱️For those interested in the heated pool service, we would like to inform you that the equipment used can take between 8 to 10 hours to reach the desired temperature, this is an additional service that must be requested in advance. Only authorized staff can touch the equipment to configure the heating correctly, if guests turn on the heater without permission, will be charged the pool heating price plus taxes multiplied by their accommodation days.AC EQUIPMENT / THERMOSTAT ️The air conditioner should not be set below 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Failure to comply with these terms may cause the system to freeze and become inoperable. In addition, all windows and doors must be kept closed during the rental period. Not following these instructions the AC system can be damaged and it may result in a $250 fine.GARBAGE COLLECTION ️♻️The doorstep trash service is provided throughout the community, the trash bags should be bagged and placed in the correct bin before 10 am. Any loose garbage that is out of the bag will not be collected. The external can be a bin that is in a bench shape and is located right in front of the house or a regular bin in front or next to the property. Please let me know if you have difficulties finding the bin. We hope you understand and cooperate with that. Garbage found out of bags will result in a $100 fine and excess garbage will result in a $150 fine.PET-FRIENDLY Your pet is more than welcome on our property. We are a pet-friendly property and there is a pet fee per booking. The guest is required to take responsibility for the containment and proper disposal of the animal’s urine and excrement. The non-compliance of this rule will result in a $100 fine in case it is found on the floor. If an animal’s urine and excrement are found in the carpet it will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes.POOL ‍♀️ ️The guests agree not to tamper with pool heating controls or manipulate the heater. In addition, do not throw food, drinks, soaps, balloons with LEDs, or any elements that could damage the pool into the pool. If you break this rule, we will investigate the situation with the pool technician and you will be subject to a $150 fine.SMOKING No smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property, however, it is important to keep the place clean afterward. The non-compliance of this rule will result in a $250 fine.CHECK-OUT ⏰ Check-out time is 10:00 AM. An additional 15 minutes may be granted as a grace period upon prior request. The cut-off time is 10:15 AM, The noncompliance of this rule may result in a $200 fine.CLEANING Please rest assured, you do not need to be concerned about the cleaning, we just kindly ask you to please put the dishes in the dishwasher, and take the bagged trash before your departure. Please note that stains or dirt found on the carpet will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes. Items or furniture damaged will result in a charge to replace it at its estimated value or repair the item, this value is calculated by a third party.DELIVERY We are not responsible for any lost items on the property or lost packages.PARKING There are two parking spots in the driveway. If there are more than two cars, it’s possible to park at the clubhouse located at Pesca Dr, Kissimmee, FL 34746. Do not park on the grass, otherwise, your vehicle will be towed. No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard.LAST-MINUTE EXTENSION⏰There is a fee of $50 + taxes for last-minute extensions due to cleaning staff locomotion
