The living room and kitchen provide tons of light and back views of the Folly River through the large windows and two porches (front, and back) are ideal for enjoying the ocean breeze!All living spaces and bedrooms are on the main level and the home is perched on one of the highest points of the island. Outside, you will enjoy the full wooded lot filled with ancient oak, magnolia, fig and palm trees that offer plenty of shade and ample parking. There is also a large private outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and laundry room on the ground level. Additionally, you will catch glimpses of the ocean from the front yard and there is a nearby footpath to the beach only steps away.Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 – minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more.
