The Best* Vacation Rental in the Orlando Area!The spaceWe (the homeowners) love to travel and find ourselves drawn to Orlando several times a year. My sister, your host, lives in Orlando and is available for all your needs. Orlando is like our second home and this drove my wife and I to purchase a Beautiful rental home! We drive up and stay every two months to enjoy our home and to make sure it’s just right for our guests. Who best to market our home than us?! This also gives us the opportunity to get feedback from our guests, so please feel free to contact us with questions, suggestions, and please leave a review!Outdoors-Garage parking for 2 cars and private parking in front of the home with room for 3-4 cars.-Resort amenities (restaurants, bars, sports courts, arcade center, etc) are 2 blocks away, just around the corner- Private swimming pool and spillover spa-Backyard has a lovely large pool that is surrounded by fencing and shrubbery giving you more privacy.-4 chaise lounges, 8 seat table on covered patio.-Bathroom accessible from the pool patio (it’s air conditioned!)-Back patio has removable child safety fence between back patio dining area and pool area for the security of non-swimmers. This is in addition to the back patio door pool alarm required by local laws.Main Living Area on Ground Level-Spacious comfortable seating area with a large sectional and accent chairs with pool view-Laundry room is located downstairs-Dining room seating available for 12 at the table and 6 at the island bar with Italian furniture-Kitchen fully equipped for large groups-2 Refrigerator/freezers with ice/water dispensers (we change the filter so the water tastes good!), oven and glass stovetop, microwave, 2 dishwashers, coffee maker, spacious pantry-All utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glasswareEntertainment & Extras-Each bedroom is furnished with a flat screen smart TV and access to complimentary Wifi-Main living area has a large flat screen smart TV-Upper floor loft area has a large flat screen TV, comfortable sectional and small coca-cola fridge to store drinks.-One pack-n-play and one full size crib (you’ll need to pack sheets), and one high chair are available in the house-All bed linens (bed sheets are silk), towels, and pool towels are provided-A “starter set” of basic supplies will be provided upon arrival (shampoo, conditioner, soap, dishwasher tablet, paper towel roll, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and tea & coffee necessities)Encore at Reunion Resort-Gated and has 24-hr security, 3 entrances/exits-15-20 minutes from the Disney theme parks and Disney Springs-30 minutes from Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay and City Walk-45 minutes from Legoland-Less than 10 minutes from Walmart, Publix, CVS, and numerous restaurants-Grocery and Food Delivery is fast and convenient (Walmart, Target, Publix, Chipotle, Pizza Hut, and just about anywhere else!)Bedrooms-Heavy curtains and blinds to block the sun, ample wall plugs, bedside tables with lamps, large closets and storage spaces, extra pillows/blankets, large smart televisions, comfortable mattresses with duvets, silk bed sheets-Bedroom 1-Downstairs pool view, King Bed, Large en suite with shower and garden tub-Bedroom 2-Downstairs near garage.
