Please note: This property is in a quiet residential community and Folly Beach has a strict noise ordinance violation rule of 1 strike. Simply respect your neighbors, keep the noise down and no parties.The Waters Edge HOA does not allow any pets of any kind, including service dogs, emotional support animals or any other documented pet.Welcome to 93 Waters Edge! This townhome is located in the Riverfront community of Waters Edge that is designed with a nod to Historic Charleston colors and charm. Guests can enjoy a little bit of everything, from a communal swimming pool and fishing pier, to a 10-minute walk (3 min golf cart ride) to the beach or take a 20 minute car ride to Historic Downtown Charleston.This beautiful 3 bed/3 bath townhome accommodates 6 guests and features hardwood floors throughout the entire house. The kitchen is complete with lovely granite countertops, a custom backsplash, and is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials. The main area offers an open concept kitchen/dining and living room with plenty of seating and opens onto a screened in porch with river views. Located upstairs, the master suite housing a king-sized bed, includes a private Riverview deck with lounge chairs. Across the hall you will find a guestroom complete with a queen bed and the third queen bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen/living room area. Each of the 3 bedrooms have access to private bathrooms and include plenty of storage space.Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 – minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. This will help avoid any violations with the FB police that can result in fines and revoke the homeowner’s business license.Suppose the occupancy is misrepresented or a disturbance is reported at the property. In that case, we reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and will require that you vacate the property immediately without a refund.
