Just renovated guest quarters in a modern home in the exclusive Montecito section of Santa Barbara. Private entrance. Easy street parking.Over 400 square feet. Steam room shower, mini-refrigerator, microwave, queen bed / real mattress, 65′ Samsung flat screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD player.Free wireless internet.Private patio area.Guests must descend a dozen stairs to enter.No air conditioning. Nor is there in the main house where we live. Rare in Santa Barbara houses due to its coastal location. This was never an issue for years but last few summers have had some record-breaking heat. We provide a powerful Dyson tower fan and an auxiliary fan which will make room comfortable if there is a “heatwave”.
