The completely renovated (2024) cottage boasts three bedrooms, a whole house water filter, high end finishes throughout and an incredible view over the marsh.Upon entering the cottage, you are greeted by a beautiful open living plan with a convenient drop zone, perfect to hang your jackets or beach towels, to your left. Immediately on your right is the master bedroom, which features a king size bed, flat screen TV, en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower.The spacious living area offers a couch and two lounge chairs, plus a large flat screen TV for everyone to enjoy. Just behind the living room you will find the dining area with seating for six, as well as the cozy sunroom with additional space for relaxation.The kitchen, featuring quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances, reverse osmosis water tap and additional seating at the island, has been relocated to the back of the home so that you can enjoy the picturesque view of the marsh and river.Also offering a beautiful marsh view, the second bedroom provides a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and newly attached en suite bathroom complete with a walk in shower.In the third bedroom you will find two extra long twins that may be converted to a king upon request. A flat screen TV, as well as games, are available for the whole family to enjoy. The bathroom is just across the hall, and features a shower/tub combo. The full size stacked washer and dryer are also located in the third bathroom.Guests can enjoy relaxing outside in the downstairs outdoor living area, or dine al fresco at the large dining table. The deck off the kitchen features a small table where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage while overseeing the beautiful marsh and river view.
