This is an historic beach cottage duplex for a perfect vacation near the beach in a safe. Shopping and relaxing on Lillie Avenue is your perfect activity followed by relaxing in your private yard. Private key pad gate goes out for your own entrance. Our bottom floor unit is completely on a level itself with its own entrance. It has a private entrance that is easy walking to multiple locations including antiques, shops, dinner and the beach. It’s cottage-y not condo-y. A great place to retreat from the beach or area activities. There is a huge walk in closet as well!
