The home is situated on a quiet cut-de-sac off Flyway and is about a 2-minute walk to the beach.The main living space is ideal for large families with a comfortable couch, chaise lounge, plenty of chairs, TV, and access to the deck. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, vast cabinet space and 4 barstools for seating around the island. The eat-in kitchen has a table and chairs that seat 4, a built-in bench that wraps around the large window, and a desk area. The dining room has a table and chairs that seat 10 that is perfect for family meals while on vacation.On the first floor there is a master bedroom with a king bed, TV, access to the back deck and pool and a private bathroom with shower, luxurious tub, private toilet area and large walk-in closet. Also downstairs, is a queen bedroom with a TV, access to the screened porch and a bathroom with shower/tub combo that can be accessed from the bedroom or the hallway. The large laundry space completes the downstairs. Upstairs, you will find a king bedroom with its own private balcony and TV, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with a twin over twin bunk bed and a full over full bunk bed. There is a 4K OLED TV in the “media area” of the bunk room, with Apple TV. There are 2 hallway bathrooms also located upstairs.The screened porch offers ample seating, a porch swing, and a lovely view of the pool. Outside the porch, you will find the large IPE deck with the pool and spa. The saltwater pool is roughly 20 x 40 and has a sun shelf. Guests will also enjoy the convenience of the outdoor shower.The home is equipped with Sonos throughout the house, washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests do not have access to the garage.Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home’s front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.This pool cannot be heated. The spa may be heated for an additional fee of $100 per day.Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400.
