Please do not venture on the side of the house as it is not sturdy.The pool heating is optional. The pool heating fee is $75/day. This fee will be requested after booking confirmation, but prior to your arrival. The pool heating is for the entire stay.Pet fee: $150 per stay. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. As the fence is made of glass panels, some of them cracked. We have ordered an entire new fence system but it hasn’t arrived yet. It is on the side of the house and not near the pool or dining area.
