I cannot rent more than Year in advance. While this is on a case by case basis, Renters this year may commit or not during their week this year for next. HDTV. Wifi and plasma Tv with Cable in all Rooms. 2 king. 3 queen, 1 BR with 3 dbl, 1 br with 3 singles, 1 br 2singles and 1 BR with dbl and a twin. Threee bedrooms face the ocean. Great ocean breezes. Deck expanded since picture. Goes to end of walkway. Great for weddings fellowship and corporate events. Appreciate your business family owned and managed.
