9th Floor – Direct Sunset Views – Across from Bonita Beach.Welcome to your vacation retreat with direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is equipped for your total vacation experience. Walk across the street to the beautiful white sandy beach of Bonita Beach, walk the beach for miles. Walk to dining on the beach at Doc’s Beach House or dining at Coconut jacks, where you can indulge in delicious coastal cuisine. Activities on the beach, such as jet skis, kayaking and parasailing. The condo is located on the 9th floor, and equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, sheets, towels, beach umbrella, beach towels, and beach chairs. The kitchen has everything you need to create a delicious home-cooked meal with a full-size oven/stove, refrigerator, cookware, flatware, Keurig coffee maker, blinder, microwave, chopper, knife set and mixer. Free basic cable channels are also available for your convenience. The complex expects to have at least one pool open by July 2024, but the beach is always open!!! Tennis, pickleball, bocci and shuffleboard are not opened currently. Still in the process of rebuilding from the Hurricane. The complex does still have construction taking place, but we are open, the sun is shining, and the waves keep coming in for a beautiful vacation.
