This luxury condo is situated a short walk from the beauty of the beach! A 3,700 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath gem, it is the ideal place for a quiet retreat. Features a Master Suite with private lanai and two additional bedrooms with en suite baths, sleeping up to a total of 10. A washer and dryer are included in the unit, as well as a private elevator. Upstairs, you will find a kitchen to delight the most finicky chef. The living room opens into an enormous lanai equipped with BBQ and all the accessories. The view is breathtaking and will create forever memories. Just across the street is the pool with waterfall and kid’s sandy beach pool, hot tubs, a fully equipped gym, and an outdoor entertaining area. Beautiful and serene……Conference attendees can enjoy the spaciousness of an entire home for the same cost as a single room at the Grand Wailea.It is a golf oasis too, surrounded by three 5-Star 18-hole courses, all less than 2 miles from the condo.The Grand Wailea Hotel is a private property across the street from us, whose pool facilities are not available to our guests, but you are welcome to enjoy our own pools and tropical gardens.
