This Homestead Resort Studio is a juxtaposition of vintage and modern, including character-filled parquet floors and mid-century modern hardware, while featuring all new plush bedding, fully updated swanky furniture, West Elm outfitted kitchenette, and all the latest electronics to keep up … or just relax and enjoy!Very private location with a view the Crystal River river, a gated parking lot by the beach, and only steps to the footbridge that leads across the river to Lake Michigan where you will take in beautiful sunsets every night. This freshly updated condo is only 2 miles from the quaint town of Glen Arbor and 20 miles from all the action in Traverse City.Step out of the sliding glass door and right onto the bank of the Crystal River where you can tube, kayak, SUP, or swim all the way out to Lake Michigan! Walk the beach, stroll along the riverbank, or walk the boardwalk which stretches for blocks just outside the condo building. Hike or bike the nearby paved Heritage Bike Trail to scenic Northern Michigan destinations.In the winter you can enjoy the Homestead Resort ski hill for downhill excitement! Or explore the National Shoreline on cross country skis and snowshoes. There are miles of trails inside the Resort and more just a short drive away.This 375sqft condo is equipped with heat and air conditioning, a Roku Smart TV, fast WIFI for internet access, and an Amazon Echo for playing music from streaming devices. Fresh updates include new paint, new fixtures, and all new furniture throughout including a luxurious queen sized bed, sofa, and comfy chairs. The condo has one full bath with a shower/tub combination, a cute kitchenette complete with West Elm designer dishes & silverware, basic cooking utensils, glasses, a Ninja Dual Brew Coffee Machine (for ground coffee and K-Cups), pots/pans, microwave, refrigerator, and a full set of barware (NOTE: there is no oven or dishwasher in this unit). Coin operated washer & dryer are located in the common area of the building on the same floor as this studio. There is a gas grill on property for use by condo guests.This privately owned unit is nestled on the water in a discreetly gated property. No public check-in or check-out required. The unit is on the ground floor of the building and is not handicap accessible.Note: Although the condo is located inside the Homestead Resort it is not a resort-owned property, it is privately owned. The Homestead Resort Pools and Tennis Courts are not available for use. There are public tennis courts in Glen Arbor (just minutes down the road). You WILL have access to all of the resort amenities that are open to the public, such as all grounds and beach area, most of the restaurants, golf (ski hill in the winter), spa, salon, and the shops in the Village.
