It is an ideal safe place to enjoy swimming, fishing, canoeing, relax reading a book, eat at nearby restaurants, or explore New Hampshire beaches/mountains. The house is 30 mins away from Boston Regional airport in Manchester NH, and an hour away from Logan airport in Boston MA.The house has two bedrooms with capacity for 5 guests. There is an open concept kitchen, living and dinning area with high ceilings, a pantry, one full bath, and a three season covered porch. There is parking space for one or two cars.Guests may use the entire house for a minimum of 2 nights.Swimming and water sports/activities are at your own risk. Bring your own canoe or kayak, and life jackets. The boat driver must have a boating license.We require our guests to follow the NH State rules for preventing the spread of Covid-19.
