Charming vaulted log ceilings, a toasty fireplace to melt away your routine enjoy our beautiful large family room with new rich seating appointments. Complete luxurious remodel of the kitchen with tasteful quartz counters, brand new 28 cu foot Samsung Refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pizza stone and full stocked kitchen cabinets. Brand New electric washer and dryer is in the laundry room on the lower level of our home. We offer a brand new HVAC to help keep you cool and warm all season long.Large vintage tiered 400 square foot side bluestone patio and composite deck.We are not a lakefront home but just a 5 minute walk to the center of town.3 Cozy Bedrooms that sleep 6 comfortably. Enjoy the Classic Crane home with 85 year old hand crafted stone fireplace to warm up toasty nights. Minutes by bike or you can walk into the main street of Lake Mohawk to dine and shop. Lovely town center with fun activities, some water views in winter only. The Center of Lake Mohawk has several wonderful restaurants, ice cream shop, Krogh’s pub for amazing food and micro brew beer a boardwalk for strolling. Large 55″ Vizio TV, Roku and Youtube TV, High Speed internet and Netflix. Board Games, Books on the shelves. 3 bicycles in garage.
