Untie your boat and head south to East Matagorda Bay for that trophy speckled trout or redfish. No matter what time of the year, Caney Creek offers fabulous fishing for fisherman of all ages. Caney Creek has been a secret destination for years.This luxurious home offers 1,320 square feet with four bedrooms and two baths. The living room and kitchen are open concept and allow for multiple seating and functionality. The living room comes with a smart TV with Netflix and Blu-ray player. The master bedroom has a king size bed that is attached to the master bath with a two-person oversized shower, double granite vanity, and private water closet. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a full on the bottom and twin on the top. Twin trundle under bunks as well. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with a double oven and five burner stove, large fridge, and dishwasher. The extra-long granite island allows for anyone to cook and enjoy conversations with eight people as they dine at the oversized granite island with three beautiful shell chandelier lights. The kitchen is perfect to have a cup of coffee, while cooking pancakes, as the kids are laughing playing games. We also own the lots across the street for additional parking for your guests or that boat trailer after you have launched your boat.The area offers five bait camps, multiple boat ramps and several dining options. Sargent beach is just a short 3-minute drive.The owner is a licensed captain and can offer guided trips if desired.
