Upstairs contains a primary suite, contemporary kitchen, living room with tv, fireplace, and a large balcony with tables and chairs for alfresco dining. The dreamscape exterior has panoramic ocean views from every room on both levels of the house. Every morning enjoy an amazing sunrise and in the evening a stunning sunset. The upstairs bathroom has a floating tub with breathtaking ocean views. The downstairs has a bedroom, a loft with another bed, a half bathroom, and an outdoor shower to fully accommodate the guest level. The outdoor lounge area is nestled by palm trees and manicured bushes which act as a superb gathering area. The laundry is inside the double garage. There is additional parking on the driveway and on the street. Being highly elevated, the backyard offers picturesque water views and extreme privacy. The perfectly manicured lawn (i.e., artificial grass), lawn chairs, swivel chairs, table, dining areas, and additional outside shower, help to complete this ocean paradise.
