This spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo is the largest floor plan available in Pointe West.”A Family Tides” is a first floor beach side condo with stunning views of the Gulf -the perfect place to take the family & relax for a beach getaway. This condo offers 2 king beds, 1 bunk bed (full over full with trundle), & 1 full sleeper sofa. Sleeps 9 comfortably. The unit has 3 HD smart LED TV’s, WIFI, cable, washer & dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The second sitting area has a smart TV with DVD player that is great for kids. Outside on the deck you will find a sectional sitting area along with a table to enjoy a dinner. *This vacation rental is equipped with ring doorbell and cameras for your security and protection.Because A Family Tides is our family’s vacation home, we treat it as a home – not a rental unit. We strive to offer a relaxing, “beachy” atmosphere where forever memories are made. It is fully stocked with everything you would normally need in a vacation home.Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island. You will have exclusive access to our private beach that is clean and groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax and unwind, away from the crowds. You are approximately 30 minutes from downtown Galveston and other great Galveston attractions.RESORT FEE:The Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for amenity wristband purchases. The fee is $25 per person (ages 4 and up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, workout facility, basketball & pickle ball court. Resort sponsored activities are offered during the year for family fun. Sippin on Sunshine Restaurant and Bar is located at the Beach Club and is open seasonally.The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable. We suggest you purchase closer to your arrival date.
