Conveniently located near Helen and the town of Blue Ridge, this cozy, romantic, fun, and stress-free retreat awaits you.This is a clean, well-stocked, renovated A-frame house. The layout is as follows:• King bed in the large master bedroom with its own master bath• Twin beds that sleep two in the loft• Couch in the living room that folds out to sleep two• Smart TV in the living room and the master bedroom• Two full bathrooms• Laundry room access• Fully stocked kitchen• Large outside deck• Loft porchDecorated for cozy rest and fun, with fast Wi-Fi for streaming.Guests have access to the entire property, which includes the gas stove in the living room, hammocks in the backyard, grill on the back deck, and fire pit.I love to interact with guests. I usually message but have no problem giving a phone call. Our hope is that you have an excellent 5-star stay.• 2.5 miles from downtown Blairsville• Other cabins in the area, but very spread out and private. When driving to the cabin, you will pass by a farm of cows and then drive through the woods. The city has a steep incline paved road right before our driveway, but you do not need a 4-wheel drive.• The cabin, though private, is not far from the main highway. You turn onto a flat gravel road. It is a long, windy, flat 0.35-mile driveway to the cabin, with a mountain view. Parking is on flat gravel right up to the house. The parking area fits three vehicles. Please be mindful of the three steps to the door.• If you have a service animal, please check with the host before booking.• Garbage pick-up is not provided for this listing. We ask that guests take any garbage to the neighborhood dump down the road from the cabin and pay $2/bag. It is open Monday-Saturday. If guests are staying only Friday-Sunday, our cleaners will take the garbage. Please tip your trash amount.• If a storm occurs and takes out the electricity, we will not reimburse you for the hours it takes the electricity company to get it back on. We will reimburse a night’s stay if the outage lasts more than six hours. We have battery-operated light bulbs you can turn on if this occurs.• For a no-contact check-in, we have a Ring camera installed outside the house. We are very respectful of guests’ privacy. If you lock yourself out, press the doorbell for assistance.• We do not provide firewood for the fire pit, and the fireplace stove is gas. The grill is propane. Firewood and propane refills are two miles away at Home Depot if you run out during your stay.(License #017368)- Please do not use glitter, decorations, or confetti in the cabin.- Guests must be clothed when outside.- Notify the host for permission if you plan to have guests not listed on the reservation.
