Our driveway is professionally maintained in the winter months.In the winter months we strongly advise using a car with four-wheel drive. Keep in mind that cell service can be spotty, and we do not have landlines. We offer free high-speed WiFi at the lodge so prior to arriving and departing we recommend you screenshot directions in case you lose cell service.Besides a locked basement, the entire home and grounds are available for your enjoyment!Other Things to Note:Please be respectful of our home and our belongings. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.LATE CHECK-OUT FEES: In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping has been scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. “Un-scheduled” late check-outs not only affect this property, but other properties, booking calendars, housekeeping schedules and futures guest reservations. In the event a guests stays beyond their original scheduled check-out time, they will be charged a rate of $75.00 based on the current nightly rate.
