Gardner, pool keeper and landscaping is weekly ensuring it is in top shape.- Location, location, location! Beach and village are steps away.- Heated pool with new filter system on canal (relax and watch the fish jump).- In the heart of Siesta Key Village with over 20 restaurants and bars, ice cream parlors, stores and grocery store.- No car is required. Walk to EVERYTHING or use the bikes provided.- Fish right off our property and catch striped sea bass, sea trout and more.- Siesta Key, Sarasota is located on the Gulf of Mexico and is world famous for a white quartz beach that remains cool on the feet.- Open living space and beautiful art and furniture from all over the world.- French styled bistro kitchen complete with new stainless steel appliances.- Beautiful screened in lanai overlooking pool and canal and little white lights for evenings.- The living room includes a giant leather couch and HUGE flat screen TV.- Two French doors open up from the living area and dining room onto a screened in lanai. – – A fabulous retreat after a day at the beach.- The master bedroom includes a king size bed hand carved from coconuts in Ecuador and a separate bathroom.- The second bedroom has French doors which open up onto the pool and canal and includes a full size bed (similar to a Queen) where 2 can sleep.- The third bedroom includes a twin bed and is perfect for 2 children or one adult.- The fourth bedroom sleeps 2, is a little removed, great for grandparents, and includes an office with wifi and its own new bathroom complete with a Mexican vibe.- Included with your stay at Casa La Plage is a poolside outdoor shower, BBQ, beach toys, toddler toys, children’s games, travel books, beach chairs, beach towels.- Outdoor security cameras for the front and back yard.- There is a 14 night minimum stay or 1 rental per 30 day period, per Sarasota, FL ordinance, contact us for more information. Less than a 14 night minimum stay request may be subject to a higher rental daily rate than that listed and will be quoted accordingly.- I DO NOT advertise on Craigslist or AirBnb.
