A Gem in Ptown, walk to dog friendly beach & has parking 2 carsWelcome to our beach cottage. It is a 2 bedroom single family home with a short walk to the beach. The private beach has views of Provincetown and the tip of Cape Cod. We are in an area called Beach Point and located just 2.5 miles from the center of town. We are located next to a timeshare resort called the Sandcastle resort. A bus runs continuously to town in the summer season and is located just across the way. We are minutes from multiple National Seashore Beaches as well as many restaurants and shopping in Provincetown. The property is fully equipped for your convenience. We have a washer and dryer, basic cable, wi-fi and much more. Bedroom one has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed, the bottom is a full size and top a twin size. Our location is such that we are very family and pet friendly. Low tide at the beach offers a very wide expanse of beach so that dogs and children can explore the tidal pools.We book Saturday to Saturday ONLY for the months of July and August.Dogs are always welcome (no cats).
