Our Home away from home! This Second Story Condo, is a bright and roomy split floor plan with a nice patio and view of the pool… Located in a Quiet Gated Community. Once you enter and go up the stairs the Master bedroom and bath is on the right side and the additional two bedrooms one bath on the other side with a roomy living room and kitchen in the middle. We have Cable TV in the living room with Premium Channels and it’s a Smart TV. There are also Smart TV’s in every Bedroom. We offer Garage Parking for 1 Car plus onsite free parking if you have a second car. We are located less than one mile from Old town Scottsdale and Fashion Square Mall. We are 1/2 Mile from Giants Scottsdale Stadium, 11 miles from the Diamond Backs Chase Field and 12 Miles from TCP Scottsdale!! Other golfing is everywhere. Camel Back Mountain for hiking, zoo, aquarium, West World fun for everyone!
