Most upgraded during the Spring of 2022. This house comes with high-speed/ fast 5G internet and 3 TVs (Spectrum cable golf channel included). There’s plenty of FREE parking in the front of house. Enjoy relaxing on the deck after a great round of golf. Amenities include a full kitchen, coffee maker, cookware, microwave, refrigerator, and washer/dryer combination.The master bedroom includes a king size bed, ceiling fan, 50″ smart TV, a spacious walk-in closet, and entrance to a private bathroom. The second bedroom has 1 queen size bed and 50″ smart TV, and the third bedroom has 2 full size bed and 32″ smart TV , and bathroom. The main room includes sofa set, dining table (42*84) for 8, 55” smart TV on the living room wall, access to both decks and Golf views. A new Washer and dryer combination is located in the hallway closet. All 4 beds with memory foam mattresses, beddings, towels, sofa, Smart TV, stove, washer and most kitchen items were bought during the Spring of 2022.The upper outlet is controlled by the light by the door if it’s in the off position the outlet has no power, switch to ON position.
