FULLY RESTORED 1900 VICTORIAN HOUSE: In the heart of the Historic area a few minutes walk from the center of town. Escape the summer heat in our Victorian house in the heart of Prescott’s historic neighborhood. Originally built around 1900 a complete restoration finished in March 2019, has retained its original charm with appropriately added modern conveniences. After a day’s mountain biking, golf, climbing, hiking, fishing or any of the many options to fill your day during your stay, enjoy a cool drink on one of the porches before the 5 minute walk into the heart of town for an evening of good food, locally brewed beer and great live music in the many locations around historic Whiskey Row. Also, I thought that it might be worth putting something on the website about all the parades in town that set up on the roads by the house. This house now has A/C & heat. Enjoy a ringside, backstage seat for all the parades in town, July 4th, Christmas Light Parade, Veteran’s Day etc. which use the roads by the house for final staging! It’s so cool to see!!
