A Lake Front Tiny Cabin- Private Dock, Kayaks, & Paddle BoardThe perfect place for both adventure and relaxation. It is a chance to truly get away from it all. Drink in the impressive views from our modern lakefront cabin settled in the South Carolina mountains. White Water Cabin is a serene sanctuary filled with natural light. This cabin has a gorgeous view of White Water Lake, a private community lake with access only to residents. It is perfect as a romantic getaway or for spending time with family or friends. Enjoy drinking a cup of coffee on the front porch around the gas fire pit, or soaking in the view from the gazebo, or swimming and fishing off of the private dock; we also provide access to two 10 foot kayaks and a 10 foot stand up paddle board!There is easy access to state parks with amazing hikes and impressive waterfalls such as Table Rock and Whitewater Falls. Other lakes nearby include world famous Lake Jocassee and Lake Keowee. Clemson University is 36 minutes away if you are looking to catch a game. Voted in the top 10 cities in the world to visit is Downtown Greenville, SC which is a 58 minute drive. Cashiers, NC, a quaint mountain town, is also a 30 minute drive. The cabin is located in a rural area so it is a great opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle and slow down.THE DETAILSBEDROOM (Queen bed): The main bedroom hosts a cozy queen bed with a raised ceiling, television with chrome cast streaming option, reading wall lights, ceiling fan, blackout bamboo shades, and a desk overlooking a large picture window with a view of the lake, perfect for working remotely.LOFT (Queen bed): The loft is reached by a stair ladder and hosts a queen bed, reading wall lamps, and a picture window provides a view of the lake. The loft has a low clearance so keeping your head down and entering on hands and knees is required by most. Caution should be taken with children using the stair ladder. (Ages six and up recommended)BUNK NOOK (twin bunk beds): The bunk nook is located across from the bathroom in the hallway between the kitchen and master bedroom. The nook can be closed off with sliding doors and are equipped with blackout shades and reading night lights. (Age six and up recommended for top bunk).LIVING ROOM (pull out sofa): A space with two couches offers a large picture window overlooking the lake. One of the sofas provides a queen sleeper sofa pull out option. There is a 55 inch television with the option to stream your favorite apps. Board games are also available.KITCHEN: This space has an island with seating for 3-4, small table for two, gas stove, dishwasher, large stainless steel sink, microwave, keurig, pour over coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, baking sheet, glass casserole dish, mini blender, mixing bowls, cutting board, knives, silverware, glass ware, coffee mugs, refrigerator with freezer, Zerowater filter, cooking utensils, grilling utensils, and crockpot. There is also a stacked washer and dryer available for your use.BATHROOM: The bathroom provides a soaking tub and shower combo equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.OUTSIDE: The front porch has four large rocking chairs perfect for relaxing by the modern gas fire pit. The gazebo overlooks the lake and has a large round table that seats six along with a Blackstone grill perfect for making smash burgers or even bacon, eggs and pancakes! Down the stairway path the private dock is located perfect for lounging where four camping chairs and fishing poles are provided. This is a great place for swimming, although diving is not recommended. Two large ten foot kayaks and one ten foot stand up paddle board are provided along with life jackets, two adult, two children, and two infant/toddler. Notes: Only the owner’s boat crafts are allowed on the water. Fishing does not require a license and the lake is stocked yearly. Shoes are also recommended to be worn on the dock.Communication: We welcome you to reach out with any questions or needs during your stay. We prefer to communicate through the app.**We professionally treat the property for pests; however we are located in the woods and do not offer refunds if a bug is found in or around the property.**While we have a Wi-Fi system setup in our cabin, we are in a rural area where the internet can be spotty. Cell coverage can also be spotty.Please put away kayaks, paddleboard, life jackets and fishing poles and lock when not in use, thank you!**Lake Safety:- Diving is not recommended from the dock.- You and your guests also swim and kayak with caution and at your own risk.- It is recommended that shoes be worn on the dock.- Life jackets are provided for your use, please wear while kayaking and they are recommended while swimming.Cabin Guidelines:No parties or events.No smoking.
