Conveniently located near town cabana, just one house to the left and across the street for easy beach and bathroom access. Close to Middleton Park, which had a seasonal splash pad, tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, baseball field. During select seasons, Middleton Park also is home to free concerts and a Farmers and Artisans Market. Also close to the island’s skateboard park.Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Five flat-screen TV’s with Dish Network, one DVD player and wireless internet.Three kayaks with paddles, life vests and oars. Covered decks on both levels, with an open air deck on the first level. Charcoal grill. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water.Nightly rentals are welcome in the off-season with a stay of three nights or more. Off-season monthly rentals also welcome.Guests with allergies should note that although pets are not allowed for guest stays, a dog is occasionally present during owner reservations.
