A beautiful room, 11.5 ft x 17 ft, approx. with a full glass wall facing a view of a mountain range, suitable for guests who like a calm environment. Ideal for those who are out most of the day and want apeaceful place to rest at night. Has queen size bed to sleep 2, refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, electric frying pan and a closet. Pure filtered water. A beautiful full bathroom, 6ft.x 7.5 ft approx. with bathtub, & skylight. Bed linens and towels provided, as well as some toiletries and some breakfast snacks on the first morning. Keurig coffee maker and Roku tv set.Great for serious writing or relaxing in nature on our swing or from the seating area beneath the trees.Please note that though it is a part of the larger house it is private, with its own entrance and parking space.Note: Boone has been nominated as one of the best small towns to live in, in North Carolina, by the Crazy It has its own university, hospitals, and many tourist attractions. The property is located 15 minutes easy drive outside of town.
