Great-room opens onto generous lanai with outdoor dining.By the pool you can enjoy the large entrance level patio, sun loungers and gas BBQ grill, wall mounted TV & ROKU services. Over-sized double garage with remote access, beach chairs, beach toys and beach cart too.A pearl of a property within 2-3 blocks (3-4 mins walk) to the idyllic, soft, white sand of the Gulf beaches with their breathtaking sunsets, towards the north of the Island.
