Located a couple of miles south of the Garden City Pier, this complex’s amenities include a large swimming pool, elevator and laundry facilities. 1C is a first floor side view condominium that accommodates 6 and has a fully equipped kitchen. Sorry, no smoking or pets allowed.A Place At The Beach II is located 2 miles south of the Garden City Pier in Georgetown County. Thisthree-story oceanfront complex offers units with either an ocean view or direct ocean front. For yourconvenience, this complex has an elevator and a coin-operated laundry onsite. There is also an outdoorpool (open Easter to November 1) and community grilling area. Motorcycles are allowed. Two parkingpermits are issued per condo unit. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are notpermitted.
