The Cabin includes a spacious dock with room for up to 3 boats, enough to host friends and family for an evening of cocktails and fireworks. This is a 2 bed 1 bath escape for water sport enthusiasts looking for a lakeside getaway or for the avid fisherman looking for their next Big Fish story. *PET FRIENDLY* There is a large open yard at the top of the lot available for parking vehicles and boat trailers. The closest boat launch is Stumpy Creek located 5 minutes away by car and about 15 minutes by boat. NOTE: In order to get from the Stumpy Creek boat launch to The Cabin you must go under the Perth Road Bridge which has a low clearance, especially when the lake is at Full Pond. Double Deckers and Cruisers will not fit under this bridge. *KAYAKS AND PADDLE BOARDS AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE – LIFE PRESERVERS PROVIDED AND REQUIRED*
