Enjoy all Flagstaff and the northern Arizona area has to offer as the south rim of the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater, Petrified forest, Sunset Crater, Lake Powell, and other Arizona highlights are all within a 2 hour drive from the property, making it the perfect stepping off point to explore these Arizona wonders. When you’re on the property you’ll feel as though you’re deep in the woods, but the property is just 10 minutes from the Flagstaff Mall, Harkins movie theaters, and other east-side Flagstaff restaurants and just 15 Miles to Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort and Northern Arizona University. The home has 3,600 total Sq. Feet – 1,800 up top with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, and the basement has an additional 1,800 Sq. ft and is the perfect retreat for the kids. The Basement Rec room has a Foosball table, Big Screen TV, Electronic darts and plug-ins for streaming devices or video gaming systems to keep everyone entertained.
