Enjoy biking, walks or running on trails, just seconds away. View the beautiful sunsets, lighthouse and take in the boardwalk with viewing of the Coast Guard ships. Hike at the Coast Guard Park or Rosy Mound Nature Preserve. American Dunes Golf Course is 6 miles away, Craigs Cruisers Water Park 3 miles and Michigan Adventure amusement park 20 minutes away. Dozens of dining options minutes away.The home has a large grass yard (lakeside) for corn hole, bocce ball, volleyball (all provided in lakeside shed). As well, a large firpit area with 9 adirondack chairs for large gatherings with family and friends. Newer kitchen with all the amenities. Washer and dryer off the kitchen. Linens and towels provided. Outdoor grill. Perfect to dock your own boat (23ft or less). Beach chairs and umbrella available. Large table for meals and outdoor furniture on deck that overlooks the lake for the whole family to enjoy. 90′ dock with large platform at the end for fishing, swimming and 10’x10′ wood floating raft just beyond the docks-end for hours of enjoyment and relaxation.
