Welcome to “A Room with a View” @ Grand Panama Beach Resort. This resort is located on the east end of Panama City Beach. Grand Panama Beach Resort attracts visitors with its natural beauty of the Gulf of Mexico & it’s luxurious amenities. Featuring a heated gulf view pool deck, beach front pool deck, two spa tubs, fitness center, full-service Tiki bar (seasonal), & pool side & common area Wi-Fi. The resort is located close to delicious dining, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, shopping, and more. This gorgeous high-rise, beautifully decorated condo is a 1 bedroom, two full bathrooms, and sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The condo comes with a fully stocked kitchen & a balcony with a gulf view for looking out at one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The living room offers plenty of space for everyone to kick back & relax after a long day at the beach. The living room offers a 50-inch tv to enjoy at night. The condo provides a stackable washer & dryer located in the hallway. The Master offers a Queen size bed w/ a 50-inch tv. In the hallway you will find a bunk nook with twin/twin bunks. Bathroom 1 offers a walk-in shower w/ a double sink. Bathroom 2 offers a tub/shower combo.Renter must be 25 @ time of booking and must be present during the entire stay, we do not allow 3rd party bookings.Once booking is confirmed the property manager will request a Rental Agreement & Driver’s license from guest. Those documents must be sent back to Anchors Away Rentals, to secure your reservation. The driver’s license & signed rental agreement must match the name of the person who books. No exceptions.No more than 2 vehicles are allowed. No exceptions.Resort Fees & Parking: Grand Panama will collect a resort fee of $50.00 which includes a parking pass for 1 vehicle, wristbands, and dog sleeves. A second vehicle parking pass may be purchased for an additional $30.00. Two vehicle limit per unit. Parking passes, along with wristbands, can be obtained at the parking registration desk in the lobby of Tower 2. Parking passes must be displayed with the info visible in the front windshield of the vehicle. Towing is strictly enforced for vehicles that are not registered or their parking pass is not displayed properly. Please note trailers, scooters, micro cars, and golf carts are not allowed to be parked on the property.​​​​​​​This unit is dog friendly. This unit allows 1 dog under 25 pounds. A $150.00 nonrefundable pet fee will be requested after booking. Pet owners desiring to bring a dog on property must complete & submit a form & obtain approval prior to bringing their pet. Failing to do so is subject to denial of the animal being allowed on the property. A pet tag will be given & must be displayed on the animal while on the property. Pets on the list of dangerous breeds are band which includes Pure or mixed breed Akita; American Pit Bull Terrier; American Staffordshire Terrier; Catahoula Leopard; Chow; Doberman Pinscher; German Shepherd; Husky; Malamute; Pit Bull; Presa Canario; Rottweiler; Staffordshire Bull Terrier; Wolf. Guests must provide the completed animal registration form, proof of vaccinations, applicable documentation for emotional dogs/cats or service to receive a pet tag at front desk located in the Grand Panama Tower 2 Lobby prior to bringing the pet on premises. Service animals must meet the requirements of a legally recognized disability under the Americans with Disability Act. Emotional support animals owners must provide a letter, dated before check-in, from his/her physician, psychiatrist, social worker, or another mental health professional who is the registered health care provide stating that the person has a disability and that the animal alleviates one or more of the identified symptoms or effects of the person’s disability. Any service animal or emotional support animal must be in compliance with the resort’s animal registration requirements.Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals – Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented at the beach kiosk in front of the resort. Contact the beach service team at 850-235-8051 for advance rentals.No smoking if any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine.Check In Time is 4pm check out time is 10AM if you are not out of the unit by 10:15 am, you agree to be charged 50.00 per half hour charge.Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8amRenter agrees to report issues with the unit to management by midnight, the day of check in.No unregistered guests are allowed in the property; violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction with no refunds given. We do not allow extra guests. We count heartbeats and only allow the number of occupants, that the unit sleeps. No more than 4 heartbeats in this unit.If you stain towels or linens, you will be charged replacement of each piece. If any linen is stained, it must be removed from our inventory & must be replaced.Please note we only provide a starter pack of amenities to get guests through their first night. We do not provide amenities for the guest’s entire stay.
