These are not adjoining units, units may not be located next to each other – the exact units are assigned upon arrival, based on availability. The price is for BOTH units.THE UNITSEach 470sf Studio Suite features:- 2 Queen beds;- Fully-equipped kitchenette with coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, stovetop, and cookware;- Dining area;- All linens, towels, bathroom essentials are provided. You don’t need to bring a thing!!THE PROPERTYOur family-friendly property provides the following on-site amenities:- 24/7 Front desk and Security;- Complimentary Beach Towels;- Rooftop Sun Deck;- ATM/cash machine onsite;- Daily Free Happy Hour 6-7 PM (vodka and gin only);- Tour desk;- Pets (up to 25 lbs) are allowed for an additional $250 deposit at check-in which will be refunded at check-out time as long as no damage is incurred. Pet must be accompanied and leashed at all times;- No on-site parking available. There is a public parking garage located at 1701 Convention Center Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139. Metered parking on the street with ParkMobile app is another option;- Daily housekeeping is not provided, but full-room service is offered every third day only. Towel replenishment is provided daily;
