You will enjoy a full 180 degree unobstructed ocean view from this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ground level condo, in a 50 unit complex. A smaller complex means not as many guests at the pool, as those complexes with a large number of units.Located on S Kihei Road, directly across the street from Cove Park, a common surfing location, and one block from Charlie Young & Kamaole I beaches.Onsite amenities include swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and on deck BBQ’s.As well we do not charge a resort fee for our amenities.Also, there is no charge unassigned parking and we are allowed one stall per unit. There is plenty of parking for a second vehicles on the streetThe unit contains 2 bedrooms, a king bed in the primary bedroom, and a queen and a twin bed in the second bedroom, full kitchen, in suite laundry, 2 full bathrooms and will comfortably accommodate maximum 5 people. Full Air-conditioning.Full Renovation completed. Top to Bottom. All new appliances, cabinets, counters, flooring, bathroom fixtures.
