The Cozy Cottage is an updated farmhouse with two bed rooms, a well equipped kitchen and two living /family rooms. Each room has its own air conditioner and the cottage is easily warmed by a furnace , room heaters or and electric fireplace. It has one complete bathroom and a half bath off the master bed room. There is a breakfast nook in the eat in kitchen. The kitchen is supplied with most small appliances, a microwave, and a full size range but no dishwasher. The old farmhouse has cable TV and WiFi for guests who like both old and new. While most things at the Cozy Cottage are compact the view and out side are generous. The Cottage sits on almost and acre of lawn and the owners aren’t picky about parking on it you need the space. The whole front of the house is a porch complete with rocking chairs and tables that can make this the most popular living/dining room in the house.
