This 2 bedroom 2 bath Villa faces the end of the first hole on the White Wing Course in beautiful Rio Verde.This community is for 55 and over active people.It has 2 Ensuites and is ideal for two couples or a couple with visiting guests. The bright kitchen is fully equippedwith all you need for your stay. The dining room seats 6-8 and looks out over the living room area throughlarge sliders to the scenery beyond. There is a cozy honeycomb fireplace in the corner of the living room with ample seating for relaxing or watching your favorite program on tv. Each bedroom is equipped with cable tv.The outdoor patio is ideal for eating a meal or relaxing while watching the beautiful sunsets. There is an outdoorfire pit and small charcoal barbecue. The patio itself, faces west, so it is ideal for catching the warmth from the winter sun. The 2 car attached garage allows plenty of space for any additional vehicles.I rented this property on two different occasions and found it to be inviting and ideal for my 3 month Get- A- Way.When it came on the market it didn’t take me long to decide to purchase it and pass along to other fellow travelers.I hope you enjoy your stay here as much as I have!CANCELLATION INSURANCE (Optional): I Strongly recommend, as sometimes things come up that may prevent you from traveling. ie health, death etc.
