Come on down to Austin for your special Event or just to hang out in the Live Music Capital of the World!We have a remodeled home, with great amenities for you! We’ve just added a new 10 person SwimSpa/Jacuzzi/Hot Tub and a new 5 person SAUNA for our guests to RELAX in. Go Downtown to the Rainey Historic District or 6th Street, head to SOCO for food, music and shopping, or just relax! We are close to Zilker Park, SOCO, and the 1st Street District, the VA Center and IRS facility, plus 2 blocks from St. Edwards University.We’re located just minutes from the Airport, and very close to Circuit of the Americas!Take a walk, in the Blunn Creek Nature Preserve- stop and see the Volcano!! Also, there is a community swimming pool, Big Stacey Park, for lap swimming or fun, just 6 blocks away.We have (3) Three Security cameras outside of our home- 1. on the front porch, 2. along the left side by the garbage cans, and 3. the back door-the pérgola patio. Each camera has a security surveillance sign in the area. Our guests can unplug them, at any time.
